He successfully worked at prestigious venues such as Nobu Las Vegas, Sushi Samba Dromo South Beach, and The Raleigh Hotel alongside Andres Balaz in Miami Beach. Driven by his passion for culinary arts, Carlos has coordinated remarkable events including the Wine & Food Festival, Art Basel, the Mercedes Swim Show, and Formula E in NYC. Additionally, he operated his own multi-brand concepts, such as Burger and Beer Joint and, Pride and Joy BBQ, with locations in South Beach, Wynwood, and Brickell.
